Collections & Disbursement

The Payment Division assesses, adjusts, monitors and processes payments for the costs, fines, fees and restitution ordered by the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas for Criminal, Juvenile, Summary Appeal and Courtesy Supervision cases. The Collections Division enforces the payments of those who are no longer on active county supervision, but still owe costs, fines, fees and/or restitution.  Those who are on active State supervision are also monitored by the Collections Division.

Payment Methods


In person: 

American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Master Card, Money Order or Visa.
All payments are processed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, at Lebanon County Probation Services' payment window, located at       508 Oak Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.

By mail: 

Check or Money Order. Send and make payable to Lebanon County Probation Services, Attn: CDU, 508 Oak Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.  DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail!
To ensure that the payment is applied to the correct account, include the NAME, DOCKET NUMBER, Date of Birth and/or Social Security number of the Defendant with the payment.
Payments made by mail MUST include a self-addressed stamped envelope if a receipt is to be returned to the payor.
If a bad check (NSF etc.) was processed as a payment in the past on the account to be paid, no personal checks will be accepted as payment for that account.
