If a crisis occurs after business hours, a standby case worker is available by calling Department of Emergency Services at 717-272-2054. If it is a situation involving a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.


The mission of the Lebanon County Children and Youth Services is to assess and ensure safety, provider permanency, and advocate for the well-being of all children and youth in Lebanon County. Referrals & Reports

To report child abuse or neglect, call the ChildLine Hotline at 1-800-932-0313 or visit https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis anytime. Referrals can be made to the Agency by calling (717)228-4430 during regular business hours.
