• Receive and investigate reports of need for protective services for older adults
• Assess needs and coordinate service plans that support safety and reduce risks
• Follow state regulations and required procedures after obtaining certification
• Work with police departments, social service staff, and health care providers to support protective service cases
• Enter and maintain consumer information in the SAMS system, including assessments and service histories
• On call pay $275.00 + $50 for holiday if the holiday is within the on-call week.
